Delivery

Your goods are carefully delivered using Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded and shipped within 24 hrs and insurance is also included. If you need your order in a hurry then you can consider using Special Delivery to guarantee your goods next day. However there will be a charge of £6.95 for this service. Next day delivery orders must be received no later than 2.30 pm Monday-Friday, for UK delivery.

1-3 day delivery is £2.95 and is sent by Royal Mail 1st Class Signed.

International shipping costs £7.95.

Returns Policy Selling Directive

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance.

You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 14 working days for a full refund, including the cost of delivery. Do this by contacting us by email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you. Your refund will be paid within 30 days. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.

Any goods returned should be in saleable condition as previously mentioned. Items will not be accepted if they are opened or out of their original packaging.
